Hey guys, this is a question mostly for people who have a c-club card. Im not 18 yet, but I asked my doctor and she replied "well from my knowledge, the negatives outweigh the positives in your situation", (my twiches are halfway cured by smoking, nothing even comes close to weed.) and then I pulled out this giant stack of papers of research and sources etc... Her eyes just opened and she told me she would research more and read all mine, looks like shes open minded and possibly persuaded to recommend me to a neurologist and recommend that they sign for a club card. My question is, would a neurologist sign the application? I have my parents signatures and such, so that isn't a factor.
