my asthma developed after i quit for about a month, but when i started back up my breathing felt better, the only downside was all the mucas and shit. weed has defenatly helped control the frequency and intensity of my asthma attacks. I even spent some time researching it and found that studies show that it's beneficial. i strongly believe that asthma should be considered as one of the qualificatons for obtaining medicinal marijuana

vaporizing it will be much better for you. I've had to quit to for that reason.

Smoking anything can irritate your lungs...however, when eaten or vaporized, the THC dilates the air sacs and bronchial tubes, making it easier for asthmatics to breathe. It works when smoked as well, but can be a bit irritating so be careful. I'm an asthmatic myself and know it definitely helps me breathe better (even when smoked, suprisingly).

smoking weed pure actualy opens the airwaves, so it can be very beneficial.

a friend of mine has always had quite bad asthma but it's been better ever since he started toking.

don't get me wrong it's a wonderous drug but if your having an asthma attack don't reach for ya bong.

I've never had bad asthma but whenever i smoke i can breathe way better. And the feeling of breathing better lasts about a week. Or until i smoke again! But yah, getting high is awesome but helping with asthma is a great bonus!

the herb is in fact the perfect medicine for asthma, it opens up your lungs like a dialator and clear it of dirt, the hocking up of the mucus is actually a good thing because the thc rid your lungs of all the cells that are in a pre-cancerous state so they are obstained from turning into caner, therefore lung cancer is impossible with the herb

my friends asthmatic and he smokes all the time. he coughs a fair bit sometimes, thats if were using a pipe if its a bong or bubbler hes fine

I have asthma and I smoke a pretty large amout of weed each day. ONly side effect is i am coughing all the time and spittin up flem

i have exercized induced asthma and i'm a light cigarette smoker. i've noticed that i cough up more flem when smoking bud. the flem comes up so easily too.
