You have sent your plant into to some slight shock.

You never put your plant through 2 different kinds of shock in one go. If you transplant, you wait a week or so to let the plant recover from the move, THEN you feed. You transplanted it and fed it for it's first time, all at the same time.

Next time, transplant then wait a week, then feed. or, start feeding before you transplant it.

If the leaves start yellowing and browning at the tips within the week or so, you have overfed and you will need to flush. Hopefully you won't need to, but this is the most common mistake new growers make.
