Why do you have such disdain for people who want to lift weight for aesthetic purposes? I can understand that its something you might not like but why waste energy to discourage others.

Pertaining to the topic I'd like to say that smoking before lifting allows me to feel the mind-muscle connection more. Therefore I'm able to lift the weights productively and maintain the contraction throughout the entire movement. This has led to greater muscle separation and a more balance physique. However I usually smoke very small amount when I'm lifting.
