Pride the Caffeine in pepsi will wear you down. I'm all about eating right thoe. I cant remember the last time Ive ate a hamburg from McDonalds. All I eat there is side salads. Just trying to get back in to shape. Cant work out cause of winter. Althoe there always Is next summer. And I wanted to start smokeing before I jog. But It's starting to get cold out. Besides I like to jog when the sun is starting to rise in the summer time. Maybe get in to the gym next year.

Regular evening use of caffeine may, over time, deprive the body of proper sleep, resulting in lack of energy and fatigue.
