No, cannabis doesn't kill hoards of brain cells. It just kind of, slows them down, the whole function of the brain and brain cells slow down. But breathing ooutside air in kills hundreds of braincells. Taking a shower or shitting kills brain cells. The more we age, the more our brains slow down and die. Everyday your brain dies a little. That's why so many old people are in homes because thorughout their life, like ours, brain cells just die off naturally.
Nothing to be alarmed about though. As long as you can support yourself and live a life of your own, then you should be allowed to smoke it, but that's another story.

MYTH: MARIJUANA KILLS BRAIN CELLS. Used over time, marijuana permanently alters brain structure and function, causing memory loss, cognitive impairment, personality deterioration, and reduced productivity.
FACT: None of the medical tests currently used to detect brain damage in humans have found harm from marijuana, even from long term high-dose use. An early study reported brain damage in rhesus monkeys after six months exposure to high concentrations of marijuana smoke. In a recent, more carefully conducted study, researchers found no evidence of brain abnormality in monkeys that were forced to inhale the equivalent of four to five marijuana cigarettes every day for a year. The claim that marijuana kills brain cells is based on a speculative report dating back a quarter of a century that has never been supported by any scientific study.

Try searching on why we get high. I can tell you, it's not from our brain cells dying.

Better yet, here's your answer.
cannabis has what are called psychoactive chemicals, the main one being "tetrahydrocannabinol" or THC for short. When you smoke a joint, the THC goes into your lungs, then into your heart which pumps it into your bloodstream which then takes it directly to your brain. When you smoke marijuana, it only takes a few minutes for the THC to get to your brain, whereas if you eat it, it would take a little longer because it has to pass through your digestive system first. Once it's in your brain, the THC activates what are called "receptors", and gives you the feeling of being high. In short, marijuana changes the physical and chemical balance in your brain and this is what people refer to as a "high".

If you're going argue about true "facts" of yours, at least back them up.

I heard thet our brain has receptors that r made to match only with the cannabinoids as THC and CBD, like our braind was meant to have those psychoactives there in the first place
Its like we SHOULD smoke marijuana, cuz it replaces something tha should be in our brains
[COLOR=\"DeepSkyBlue\"]Look at every path closely and deliberately. Try it as many times as you think necessary. Then ask yourself, and yourself alone, one question...Does this path have a heart? If it does, the path is good; if it doesn\'t it is of no use. Both paths lead nowhere; but one has a heart, the other doesn\'t. One makes for a joyful journey; as long as you follow it, you are one with it. The other will make you curse your life. One makes you strong; the other weakens you.
