I quit smoking 1 month and 2 1/2 weeks ago. I have done some exercise in my time off of smoking, ate both good and bad at times and take a MEGA MAN vitamin daily. Ohh lots of water too. I am 6'4 and weigh about 190. Im relatively thin but have a little drinkin weight on my midsection. I do drink a little every day, and alot on some. I have a DT coming up next week.
