Those white hairs coming off the top is the beginning of flowering and they now form into buds.
Good luck.

I don't know how much you can trust the 12/12 light cycle. I have a feeling that plants start flowering before that. I live in Lausanne, Switzerland and 12/12 starts here on the 25th of september. However my plant has been flowering for 5 weeks already and will probably be ready for harvest before the 12/12 even starts, which is still 4 weeks away from now. I'm a first time grower so I don't want to make any blunt statements but maybe a 13/11 is enough for flowering. I think dropping temperatures play a roll too. Plant looks good tho! That's what mine looked like at the end of the first week of flowering. Cheers!

Btw! on www.timeanddate.com you can look up when the sun rises and sets for every month of the next 20 years or so!

Stefan, you're right about not trusting 12/12. This is an indoors grow rule - virtually all strains of MJ will commence their flowering cycle when you change the artificial light cycle from 18/6 (most indoor growers use this) to 12/12. However, as you have observed, your plants started to flower at 13/11, or maybe even with a slightly longer day. You are outdoors my friend, and flowering commences when Cannabis senses the days shortening. When exactly the flowering response commences depends on the strain you are growing. As a general rule, Indicas start earlier than Sativas. Some early flowering Indicas I know of start their flowering response in July at our latitude !

outdoor plants are on a natural cycle and do need to be 'forced' into flowering. they'll flower when their genes say it's time and neither the moon or street lights will stop it.

really cause i have a automatic light that comes on when theres motion and its kinda right next to it... so this wont affect the flowering
