first successful grow...so far
heres my plant, its about a month and a half old from seed. is it normal to have the first set of leaves start yellowing and dieing off? cuz they are. tell me what you thinkk...

Yeah, the cotyledons will die off after about a month from germinating. They exist only to give the young sprout a little jumpstart, and after the first adult leaves form and begin p[hotosynthesis the seed leaves aren't needed anymore.
Your plants look glossy, very nice. Weird color though- is that just the light?

oh it looks glossy because i sprayed it with my homemade pesticide. and the ferts im using are vigoro 10-8-8 i think i may go get something with alittle more N. more like 15-10-10 or something.
