Some states have passed laws which say you can legally use marijuana if you have a medical condition that will benefit from it. I live in California, one of those states. Out here there are many "Cannabis Clubs". Basically these are like marijuana stores. You go in and they'll have anywhere from 10 to 60+ different strains of high (medical) grade weed. Some will sell edibles such as weed brownies, cookies, candies, etc. Some will sell clones.

The catch is that you must have a medical condition and an official doctor's recomendation to go in them. If you have that recommendation, you can walk in the place, buy a sack of dank, and walk back out. If a city or state cop catches you all you need to do is pull out your recomendation and you walk away with your weed and a smile. The other catch, however, is that the federal government still considers it illegal. So, if a DEA agent busts you you'll be introuble. Then again, the chance that an actual DEA agent is going to bust some guy with an 1/8th is pretty slim.
