The first 10-15 times I smoked, I always got paranoid. Even when I was at a cabin on an island with only one more cabin with people, I got paranoid.. What if they came and knocked on the door!?
It disapeared by itself as time went by though. Now I even smoke outside the house on the veranda even though my closest neighbour is a cop... I do try not beeing in clear sight to his windows though..
If you haven't been smoking a lot, it might just disapear by itself after a while like it did for me.
