Somebody please HELP ME!! I'm ready to start ASAP!!!!

I'm finally ready to start my project everyone!!:D This is what I'm dealing with: I have $450 to spend on all of the things I need to get started, and I need some help on what items to buy. I went to the store earlier in the week, to buy some SuperThrive and a timer. The closet I will be using is pretty decent. The overall closet is 5ft long (60 inches), a little under 4ft wide (47 inches), and 7ft tall (93 inches).
