When I smoke a lot, I tend to develop a cough caused by my body trying to get rid of an excess mucus build-up, and it'll last for about 3 days after smoking.

Does anyone know how to stop this?

Now that I think about it, it's only been happening as I've been inhaling the smoke and holding it down for a long time. Maybe I should just stop holding it in as long?
