No not really they could of used the weed and pipe in court. If a cop see's something illegal, Then they can search with out a warrent.

Well, my neighbors called the police once because I locked myself
out of my house and had to crawl thru a window it was dark and
the neighbor thought someone was braking into my house. The cops
show up and put me in hand cuffs take me out of my house and search
it. The whole time I am telling them to look at the address on my ID and
complaining about they have no right to search my house I was giving
them hell. The morons finally figured out I wasn't lying and it was my house
and all they had to say was it was procedure or some shit no apology or
nothing.

Depends on how you look at it. Even if I had nothing to hide, I'd do it anyways. We have rights. Cops fuck with people a lot. The one time you'd have the power to say Fuck You to a cop and you wouldn't take it? Nah.

Exactly. I'd do it because I could, not necessarily because I have something to hide. Besides, if I did have something to hide, it would definitely be gone very quickly. Even if they did get the warrant, my place would be clean.

Why make a cop's job easier? Sure, it's their job, but there's no problem making them work for my tax dollars.

partily true. if you were in a car and got pulled over and they smelled weed they could search your car and if they found something they could use that in court. but if they were to go into your house without your ok or without a search warrent they couldnt do shit about it. there some law that protects you from stuff like this but i dont remember what exactly it's called.

so im sleepin in and shit, enjoying my day off, and my cat starts to meow so I get up to go let her out of my room, and I open my door, and a cop is standing right there along with another cop and a fire marshall. lol, I was only in my boxers. my roomates were already talking to them. he asked me for id and he looked in my room. I have a weed poster on my wall, my pipe was lying out and so was my weed, and the cop didnt say anything. dont know how that happened. the cops came because basically were 5 19 year old guys living in a house next to old bitch neighbors and call the cops on anything we do. It was just a funny way to wake up, and as soon as the cop left, smoke a fat bowl baby!

aside from weed i had a cop come searching through my room under other pretenses (my friends sister had made a false claim that there was a pipe bomb and a gun my friend had, they came here as he lived here at the time looking for it) truth is they can't bust you for it if they happen to find it while in your home for other reasons (this does not apply to cars) he noticed it and believe me, not just paranoia, that cop might just be watching you, just to bust you.... it's just the simple fact that at the momment he couldn't do anything about it...

the thing is i think that asking for a warrent is pretty incriminating in itself.

Refusing a search is not probable cause for a search, meaning that just because you tell the cops no, they cannot come in without a warrant, doesn't give them the grounds to get one. Remember, no matter what simply tell them no, they cannot search. If they say they have probable cause and continue to search anyway, you run a better chance of getting off on some technicallity or illegal search/seizure than if you just give them permission. Cause with permission anything they find will hold up in court. Without permission, you may find a way to say the search wasn't lawful and get off. Don't make the cops jobs any easier. I've never had a cop come up to me while I was at work and just start mowing grass for me, so why the hell would I help them out with their work?

i'd have just invited the cops inside and then i'd pull out my dick and try to make them suck it, but i would ask them in a polite way first. if they decline then you can offer to suck their dicks. you can always argue that you were expeceting some male chip-n-dales to show up in police officer uniforms. haha they would be like , "what the fuck"... and then you could be like, "that's right officers. i'm a QUEER do you want to put my balls in your mouth now?
