Yes, males can herm.
But they're still males and therefore next to useless.
I wouldn't keep a known male around long enough to find out if it's going to go herm on me!

I tried to do a search on this but couldn't find anything. I've asked around and nobody really knows for sure. I know that when a female plant gets stressed she can turn hermi.
