I used to be a follower. Then I grew up a little, and realized I was following jerks. Now i'm a loner. I love being around people, but I hate immaturity. I also have a tad social anxiety. I find I'm 100 percent happier away from young people. I have one friend. We're similar in this respect.
My only hope is that, as I grow older, the ones who used to be immature pricks will have developed into mature accepting adults. Or maybe not. I'll always have mary jane.

But, he has a right to his opinion the same way we expressed all of ours. Why get offended? I wasn't offended at all. It would have been a waste of energy to worry about someone with such a small and closed mind. Better things in life to think about.

I am a Leader...Not only have I worked as a general Manager of Retail stores doing around 6 mill a year. I had to hire Fire and also did buying duties.... Remember a good leader will listen to others and take thegood ideas, and through out the bad and make it better for all.

Part of being BOSS, ie Leader is knowing when to listen and when to deligate.

Bong30 you are a virtual leader. In order to do your GM job you had to adhere to laws and operate within the confines of the law. You followed protocal and failing that would have resulted in your title being taken away.

NLIM Leaders aren't a rare breed. We all lead each other without recognising it. Sometimes we lead each other astray and often times that is the only time we notice we have been led and followed. Good Leaders are a rare breed.

Bong30 did get a bit fired up with all them spaces between lines and .......s. but there is a difference between 'To inspire people you can't be stoned off your ass, not the right people anyway' and 'To be a leader you have to inspire people, and you can't do that stoned off your ass, not the right people anyway'. I'm most inspiring when I am wrecked ask all the wrecked people who listen.
