I am a Leader...Not only have I worked as a general Manager of Retail stores doing around 6 mill a year. I had to hire Fire and also did buying duties.... Remember a good leader will listen to others and take thegood ideas, and through out the bad and make it better for all.

Part of being BOSS, ie Leader is knowing when to listen and when to deligate.

I used to be a follower. Then I grew up a little, and realized I was following jerks. Now i'm a loner. I love being around people, but I hate immaturity. I also have a tad social anxiety. I find I'm 100 percent happier away from young people. I have one friend. We're similar in this respect.
My only hope is that, as I grow older, the ones who used to be immature pricks will have developed into mature accepting adults. Or maybe not. I'll always have mary jane.
