Make sure its the right temp, Not to dry but not to humid. Have you fresh air circulating. Sometimes nutes r not good for begining. just make sure everythings clean. test your ph make sure its between 6, 6.5. but here if you post pics these guys will tell you the problem straight away. another thing growth only looks pretty slow when veging give it another week perhaps.
