extremely interesting...I've been battling insomnia for a few years now and the past few days have been terrible... only a few hours of sleep here and there...

Like the sleepiness aspect of it, does it knock you back on your ass or is it more calming and relaxing... Because for if I'm laying in bed for longer than 20 mins trying to get to sleep..I'm screwed for a few hours..I have to get up and move around..(I need something that'll knock me out, and I'm not a fan of prescription sleep aids..although they do work very well for me)
