i think that most teenagers and others that are undergoing some kind of maturity stalemate will wantonly act in inexusable ways, with or without weed. what's truly unfortunate is when it's combined with weed's occasional tendency to invoke a state of suspended evolution over the recalcitrant person, insomuch that those deplorable acts persist and become character.
