I ended up doing it a bunch of times by accident when I didn't know much about smoking. I thought you held in your smoke as long as possible, until it was a ghost-hit. Well, 3 or 4 of these(bong) in quick sucession, without any oxygen breaks will very easily lead to this.
Honestly, if it wasn't so deadly/unhealthy, I'd do it all the time. However, sometimes... I'd wake up where I was standing... to my body convulsing, trying as hard as I could to maintain firm grip on the bong, while in shock at what was happening. This almost always ends up with bong water everywhere, and my hearing at the time is very very strange, I could be screaming for all I know...
