The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

Anyone else on here play this game? It's so fucking intense when you're blazed :stoned:. Hell it's even amazing when you're sober. A short description of what the game is;
A first person (or third person, you can change the camera) RPG set in a Medieval fantasy world where you can do damn near ANYTHING. If you want your character to be an axe wielding barbarian that goes around crushing people skulls with his warblade, then go for it!! Or you can be a stealthy assassin, sneaking through the shadows and using nothing but a dagger.
It's the sequel to the old PC game Morrowind. Check it outS.P.Q.R. Reviewed by S.P.Q.R. on . The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion http://www.elderscrolls.com Anyone else on here play this game? I get decent framerates maxed at 1280 x 1024, but it gets pretty horrible in the wilderness.

I have a ATI X800 XT and last time I looked at the comparisons, even though the 7800 Nvidia is a little more advanced (supports HD lighting or whatever), it was still similar in performance.... And I wasnt happy with my FPS being in the low 20s and 30s outside...
I know it is suppose to be a next generation game but back when I bought Oblivion my X800 XT was running $300.... For $300 fucking dollars you should get more then 20s and 30s FPS IMO.:weedpoke:

I played it back a few months, amazing game, I'm so looking/hoping for the next Elder Scrolls game(non-mobile). Brilliant graphics, litterally just would find high points and stare out at the view. 73 hours to beat, could have gone longer, but the gates were getting boring.
-nvidia 6600
-2gigs ddr2 566
-pen d 830 3.0
ran great 1280x1024, save larger battles would lag a bit, but still fully playable.
Would totally recommend the add-ons, there were very fun as well.
