    The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion

    It saddens me that even though Bethesda spent so long working on Oblivion, the PS3's graphics will match it almost upon release.

    Yeah, but most PS3 games I've seen were done in cgi. The games will look nothing like that when they're released, and probably won't for a few years.

    True enough... FFXIII looks pretty insane though. And Metal Gear Solid's graphics... but I dunno.
    I just think spending so damn long on graphics is foolish as they'll be outdone in less than half a decade.

    We've got it on Xbox360. I love it, such a relaxing game. I'm happy to blaze a fatty and go for a walk in the prestine sunshine while it's raining like a bastard outside in the shitty real world.

    Anyone else on here play this game? It's so fucking intense when you're blazed :stoned:. Hell it's even amazing when you're sober. A short description of what the game is;

    A first person (or third person, you can change the camera) RPG set in a Medieval fantasy world where you can do damn near ANYTHING. If you want your character to be an axe wielding barbarian that goes around crushing people skulls with his warblade, then go for it!! Or you can be a stealthy assassin, sneaking through the shadows and using nothing but a dagger.

    It's the sequel to the old PC game Morrowind. Check it out
    friend of mine just got it recently, i'm not much for morrowind games... actually i'm not much for games like that period... bout the only things i like and play that are set any time in the far past (pre-wwi era games) are god of war and prince of persia series... but both of those games are very alike both in story line and gameplay.

    right now im workin with a lvl 16 khajeet "infiltrator" (class i made up, mix of rogue and mage)

    ive beaten the game several times i suppose, i like to do different parts of the game with different characters.. i have a Battlemage with which i do a lot of alchemy / mages guild / fighters guild stuff... i use to have an archer with which i beat the main quest... i use my infiltrator for dark brotherhood, arena, thieves guild, etc.

    god i love this game, everything is so detailed
