Anyone will tell you that yield is highly variable, regardless of your setup. First thing to do is choose a high-yielding strain. Your hypothetical setup seems optimal, but you'll also need to keep up a proper fertilization schedule, especially during flowing in order to get high yields. Seems like you're going organic, so for flowing you might want to try Budswel fertilizer.
