they've never seen a PSA announcement about drinkers being failures and doing stupid stuff. other than "dont drink and drive" its perfectly fine. think about any drug commercial you've seen. "drugs kill" "you smoke, and you'll become a lazy bum" "you smoke and you'll be a theif/wind up in jail". Its COMPLETELY unacceptable to most people to do something illegal. even the mention of DRUGS and people go ape shit. thats why they wait till 18 before they drink their asses off.
