Whats the deal with weed and coffee shops ive been hearing alot about it and i was just wondering,

Places u go buy or sit n blaze really great dank weed almost in every neibhood in the netherlands (they got great hash too )

Coffeeshops are usually found in places where cannabis is tolerated.

They are all over Holland, as cannabis is legal, in certain ways, but it is an area where you can smoke cannabis. It's not like you can spark up on the street in Holland and get away with it, but in designated areas, it is allowed.

It is just like a coffee shop. They have a cannabis menu, and a hash menu. You choose what you want, you pay for it, and you either leave and smoke it in your home, or you sit in the cafe and puff away, with no hassles.

Now, in Vancouver and Toronto, there are a few cafes around, but it is not as secure as in Holland.

I'm not even sure how the cafes in Vancouver get away with it, but cafes are found all over Holland.

I was smokin all the time in the street and many times passed next to a cop. Never told me anything. But a couple o guyz got a ticket for drinking beer in public hahahaha. That happened like 10 feet away from me, and during that time i was smoking a big-ass white widow J... That was great, im seriously thinking of movin in NL lol

holland has had koffiehuis(coffeehouse) for as long as we have been able to drink coffee really. when marijuana was first sold here it was illegal, so to sell it as quitely as possible, they sold it in a koffiehuis so the police wouldn't notice.
when marijuana was decriminalized the koffiehuis owners didn't want to be associated with them, so the marijuana koffiehuis owners changed the name to coffeeshop. :thumbsup:

Man every store with a "coffeeshop" sign outsite sells bud except real Coffee Shops (that sells coffee drinks lol) But even if u cant tell, just sniff. If u smell hash ur probably in the right place lol (plus they have an 18 JAAR sigh also, that probably means OVER 18)
