Well, I saved up about 10grams of stems, then I put the stems in the freezer for about 30min. This loosens up the trichs from the stems, commonly used for making hash too, and I only got 1 full bowl load of kif, which was maybe .2 of a gram, so no, not a whole lot, but better than nothing when you're dry.

I bought a nice metal one the other day, and i had filled a bit of a can with stems, and after i grinded them down, i have many many crystals (about .2) Stems actually work better in the grinder (grind easier then buds) and i get more crystal out of stems..... and the crystal from stems really fucks you up.... try it one day.
