alright let me try to help you out here......
your lights are way too high with floros you need to litterly rape your plants lower that light 3" from the top of your plant do not worry it will not harm your plant if you do not believe me stick your hand under the light put it as close as you can without being burned........thats how far you want your plants.
you need all the light you can get put those other tubes on now.....
this is how i water my plants during seedling i take a 8 ounce bottle and fill it and let it sit for 24hrs then i water each seedling 8 ounces of water every 4-5 day never sooner, if your soil water is in question take your finger and stick it 2-3" in the soil if almost no dirt sticks to your finger its watering time.
the fan you have is fine dont point it at them away from them is best that angle you have for now is fine until they grow taller then point it at a wall any wall will do.
alot of people are going to tell you 90 degress is way too hot however during my veg period it got to 95F for 2 weeks as long as your pumping lots of air they should be ok until cooler weather comes.
remember dont love them to death let them tell you what they need just keep reading and youll be ok.
this is also my 1st grow but i read how to grow for over a year strait everyday i read mostly peoples mistakes which help me the most as i knew those would be my problems too

ande if you put those 2 red bulbs in your plants will stretch very quick i have grown with flurecents before and the warm bulbs cause real bad stretch so you have to keep moving the lights up ans then they stretch some more.so my advice would be to go out and buy another 2 cool blue tubes and another 2 red tubes so you will have 4 of each and you can add the warm at flowetr. beleave me they stretch real bad under warm tubes during veg. hears a pic and you can see no stretch under cool blue . go buy 2 more cool bulbs at least they are only about $10 in a home depot.be safe the postman.

no they are not but garden i have found growing with t5s and t8 s that if you veg under warm red then they will stretch but if he keeps the cool blue in for veg then they should be fine if he keeps them close enough . just trying to help.the postman.
