First Indoor Grow - RubberMaid w/CFL
for seedlings you want moist soil, so dont let it dry out until you see it poking through. After there is some growth, then you need to pull back on the water, allow it to drain and dry, and encourage the roots to seek moisture and grow. It can take anywhere from a day to 5-6 days for seedling...however Ive had them not pop up for 2 weeks, then randomly boom there they are.
