alternative ventilation?

hey guys i was wondering is there any other ways to vent? bc im "renting a room and ventilation is too risky/expensive/complicated to set it up,,,is there any ALTERNATIVE for clean air?? THANKS

ok let me tell you what i have.. A/C, a window, fan... and im thinking of growing them out in the open instead of closet.. which i dont have so i have no choice..would that be fine? ( i would use mylars to cover the walls and make additional wall for better reflection)

i just use a box fan from wallmart for 20 beans and have it sitting on the floor to my grow space which is my closet

You can get a carbon scrubber that cleans the odors from the air and recirculates it in the room.
