Roofing accident??

Ok, theres some fuck on my side of the house putting on a new roof right now. And it doesnt sound too friendly up there . I was wondering if anything falls through or kills me with impact to the head or fucks up my computer can I sue him and if he fucks my computer up can I sue him for a new one?

If hes fixing the roof, and he infact breaks it, then yes you can sue him.

Lol!, thanks. I was just wondering because this guy is infact dropping heavy objects. I hear shit thats dropping and it sounds as heavy as a bowling ball and it annoys me.

Oh they have, I've known quite a few ^_^. Well ok fine, maybe my family will be doing the suing if I die but still lol. I just hate this roof work, it's so noisy and annoying.

I think Psycho means it would be hard to sue him if you're dead. I've heard of People's Court but Zombie's Court? LOL

Anyhow, my parents had their roof re-done a while back and it did sound like the end of the world. Nothing ever came through though so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Hey, one thing, if you got some loose shit on shelves.......breakables.....may want to move em'. I had that happen about 3 years back, some of my dragon pieces vibrated onto the floor.
