Actually people dont cover all of their walls/celing/everything with mylar. Most people use white plastic to cover the walls and shit and they only use mylar in sections of the grow area that need it for example right under the plant for upper reflection or half of a wall for reflection on foliage and stuff. No need to cover the ceiling in mylar when the plant is already getting direct light from the light above .
