Ive been with the same girl for 10 years and still find her sexy as hell ,sure no one looks their best in the mornin especially after abig nite,have u looked at ur self strait outta bed in the mirror? My girl usually puts make up on when we go out the rest of the time not at all. Hell beauty is only skin deep anyway theres alot more to a relationship than looks.If my girl had an accident say and burnt her face up bad,would i stop lovin her then...no way id still love her the same.

Makeup? False appearance? See Worthy? Makeup is shyt. Makeup is war paint. Make up is what you do when you get out of bed; you make it up (the bed) because your sleepy ass been tossing and a turning all night. Make up is what you do when the reality is grim; you make shyt up to make reality great again. Makeup should be called Telling Lies/Cloaking the Truth. The title of the thread will then apply. But this is just IMO

War paint is used when one is goin to do battle. War paint is camoflage. Makeup is worn to fight a man's negative opinon on a woman's ugliness while out on the battlefield. Some girls NEED it, but I prefer those who do not.

im suprised only babyfaced has realy said something about this thread... i would have thought more girls would have said stuff... im disapointed... i blame the media for this whole thing... they see girls looking beautiful in magazine and on the tv and crap and they try to mimick that apearance to attract attention (from men or whatever)...id rather just talk to someone for who they were not for what they look like... girls arent fake the appearance they put on to impress others is though but on the other hand looking nice has nothing to do with being fake does it?... this is so god damn confusing!! well shit thats me!! im all out of thoughts! peace ppl!!

Can't blame the media! Alright, the media does do ALL it can do to entice people to think that if they 'have this' or 'do that' that they will feel better. The objective of advertising is to make people think they will altogether have a better life if they buy and use a particular product. No one can show me an advert where the Sales & Marketing Army are not trying to show you how happy or better off you can be after spending money then using their product. That is part of the game.

Goin slightly off tangent; Magazines and particular publications get paid to sell you stuff. Often a celebrity or model is used to sell a product. Society then becomes modelled on celebs and/or models. Celebs are modelled on models which is clear in their choice of designer wear. Models are celebs. Everyone is then made to look at the advertisement and subliminally think if they are like that person then they will be as happy as the individual in the photo or on screen. Getting paid big bucks keeps the smile on most celeb faces. But the same emotional things that affect all our 'happinesses' affects them too, but the advertisers can't show you that.

Concluding then, IMO, buying and using products that one thinks is goin to make them more attractive in some way decides the result that the sales people have done their job well, and not much else. So yes, people/men who think that a fast car; lots of money; a boat on the ocean; a mansion in the hills will make them more attractive to women are as fake as women with makeup who think that a mask somehow displays the real inner self. (I think I am goin a little to far here).

@ BB420 are the girls in the mags and on tv really that beautiful in the first place? Shallow people look in mags and dream of being that individual in the picture. To mimick an appearance; is that not to be fake? To try to impress, or to attract the attention of someone, by means of looking a certain way means essentially that a person is willing to put up a 2 dimensional picture of themself before anything else and hope to be recognised. Recognised as what? If I look at an attractive girl my initial thought might not be bedding her unless her tits are in my face or other subtle signs that indicate sexual tendencies are on show. Makeup is for one thing, to make oneself feel better by having people pay attention to them. Or lack of self love and confidence in ones' self could be an additive.

I could go on but it's bout time I stopped cause this post is slowly detracting from the topic. FAKE!

i hate how people are suckers for the media. im not even attracted by most of the models on TV/magazines because they don't even look real. when it comes between a 90 pound girl with no boobs and a pretty face that probably looks like crap without make to a girl thats a normal weight and has a nice rack and ass and looks decent without a shitload of makeup, i definately go for the latter. fuck all those anorexic models on tv they dont even look good

Girls have to try and do all the stuff with their bodies so that they looked good eg shave all the hair of their legs, vagina, etc, all this make up, pluckin eyebrows etc it takes a girl hours to get ready and a man only has to have a shower and put on clothes.

You think, you go out and see so many sexy girl, if you get with one of them and start living with them one day and see them without make up, you eventually realise that she looks quite ugly! this isnt a sexist remark or anything i mean some girls do look ok without make up its just that most dont but thats probably only because were comparing them to what they look like with make up.

I bet this has probably happened to you before if youve been with a girl for a long time??
