Is there really much of a difference in different qualitys of weed?

You bet your ass there is :P Generally, if the dealer is being fair, the more it costs, the better it is. But I make do with crap weed by putting it in brownies, so I get ALL of the THC in it, even if there's not that much, it'll still get me higher than smoking it Smoking only gives you about 60% of the THC in the weed, eating gives you 100%.

So, I have a few questions: How much weed will 100$ (USD) get me? Is there anything special about your first smoke? Any recomendations for how I do this? It will be in my home with one friend.
