yea i smoke at least twice a day but i dont clean my bowl very often, but before cleaning the bowl i suggest you scrape the res out of it, i do that and in times of need when your low on that herb just use a lil bit of weed and sprinkle the res on top, itll fuck ur day up, but i just biol mine in water and then use a pipecleaner to wipe off whatever is left works for me
