I live in cali and yes im a cop.
I, of the FBI, am tracking kids that are trying to buy bongs from venice beach. My primary tactic of approach is to earn the child's trust..by showing respect and appreciation. I then offer to "donate", as we codename it in the service, to help paying for the bong. When I have successfully provided you with enough dough for the entire bong, I let you buy it, I then arrest you, put you in jail for possession of marijuana paraphernalia, steal your new bong and smoke that bowl you were going to pack me.
