Yeah, I hear you. I just feel generally anxious overall right now because I haven't yet fully adjusted to the regimen of medical school. This is heavy-duty stuff. A full-load of five classes, basically, plus two labs. Easily four to six hours of homework/memorization every night. And the competition is as tough as it gets. If I think about it too long, I will spin into a full-blown anxiety attack. This is why I work out a lot. To quell the anxiety. I think on some level the edgy-anxiety feeling has always helped me compete, but I still hate it.
