Yes, the weight should be around the same, give or take a few points of a gram, which is nothing. The pressed hash will appear smaller, but seeing as that it's crammed into one, it will be the same weight.

It's up to you whether or not you want to increase the price, but in all aspects, you have the right to as in labour and time cost. It will take you some time and energy to press that kif into hash, so yes, you could sell it for more.

Personally, I'd rather buy some nice hash than kif. Hash is ready to go and all in one, nice, little slab of goodness. Kif tends to be powdery and sticks to your fingers like crazy and is not so easy to handle, but hey, it's up to you.

If the kif is good enough and you press it into hash, you could make some nice profit. Good hash can go for $30 a gram, easily.
