My friend's going to start growing, but he says he can't order the seeds under any circumstances. Is there any other way to get seeds besides the internet? We don't know any growers.

Mandala Seeds at Seed Boutique has seeds starting at $15.00 so what's wrong with you ording the seeds yourself? If your not getting any of the harvest why would you care?
