Drinking bleach will not work. Putting bleach in your sample will work but on a lab test they will know. It will throw your pH out of whack. They will know. This works on a stick test. All that drinking days before the test will not help. That drink is just a waste of money. You should substitute. 2 ounces of clean urine hidden in a small bottle in your privates. If you can't get clean urine then get a home test and test yourself. Dilution requires a lot of water but if you drink a gallon, you will probably show up as dilute and fail. Try drinking between 48-96 ounces of Gatorade in 30 minutes the morning of the test. 48 will dilute you but not that much so if you are a heavy smoker that might not be enough. 96 will really dilute you but that may be enough to dilute the sample too much. Every time you pee, drink the same amount of what you pee.
