Cutting side growth will make the plant what to grow taller, while cutting top growth will make it want to grow shorter. If you want a fat bud then don't clone the top. If you want 2,3,4, etc. top smaller sized buds then clone the top.
hoodrider Reviewed by hoodrider on . Pruning advice please? (see attached pic) Am wondering if I should be pruning the plant in the pic? I took away some of the lower foliage (ie leaves) but should I be removing more or leaving it as it is now? Currently just entered flowering period (ie 12/12) not much flowering as yet though.
