Everyone talking about rolling the paper on a pen or pencil and then shoving marijuana into it is an idiot. Anyone talking about using rolling machines is an idiot. If you don't roll your spliffs by hand, you're dumb becuase rolling the jay is the best part of smoking. It is an artform. A perfectly rolled dutch joint is the most satisfying thing to roll. You check out your awesome work, show your friends, then get ripped. I wouldn't have it any other way. No rolling machines, no pens, no pencils, no shortcuts. :S4:

fereal all the joy is in creating the jay not just trying to get it done so u can smoke. next time u roll just try to do it by hand not only is it fun and enjoyable but u can indulge once your done.

Nice toturial man i really couldn't roll when i started smokin' but thanks to tutorials like these i started rolling better and now i'm good at it so thank you i'm sure it'll help some kid get high tonight ahaha !

how to stick 2 papers together

1)for this youll need 3 papers of your choice, for this i used 3 zigzag blue singles, because they happened to be closest to me

2)lick the end of one of the gum strips and stick it to the back of the other paper

3)fold the first paper in half so the gum strip is facing outwards

4)lick the gum strip on the paper folded in half and slot inbetween the other two papers. then flatten to transfer some of the gum onto the other two paper

5)pull out the paper folded in half and press the other two together and your done

hahaha all the fights about pencils and pens and whatnot...i perfer to use my hands and a paper but if u have ur own style go with it but just i wont lol...and yea ill put a video on how to roll a blunt for the guy who couldnt...nd i perfer to use zigzag orange they work good for me and i like how the smoke and burn slower...and just watch this video

in my years of toking I have come across 2 types of roller. those who don't care what it looks like and are happy toking on what looks like a tampon, and those who treat it as an artform.

I remember the first time i rolled a non tampon looking joint, was sooo happy then remembered that i was only practising and it had nothing in it. ah well.

just got back from the Dam where i remembered another way if you dont like the taste of the paper (until you try it you wont realise how bad the paper tastes).

its best to use the finest papers you can get. in uk Rizla silvers. the reason will become clear

step 1 - take your skin and fold it the reverse way than what it came out of the packet. you need to have the glue side on the underneath and at the bottom nearest you.

step 2 - fill it with goodies and whatever then roll it as normal so its the glue strip that is the first bit you fold over.

step 3 - (the reason for the fine papers) to stick it you need to lick the outside of the rolled up spliff. If you use fine paper you can clearly see where glue strip is, so lick there.

what you are left with (or should be) is a perfect rolled spliff with just a single roll of paper and a large flap of the remaining paper coming out the side. to get rid of it simply set it alight. Don't worry it wont set the spliff alight. As soon as the fire hits the the part you just licked it goes out.

then just a little tidying up and your away.

no more nasty paper taste. I read somewhere its called a Dutch joint but thats probably a load of crap.

ahh the good ol Backrolled joint. I was looking through the posts to see if anybody had posted this one yet. The backroll is a more advanced roll, but is so worth it.

I love joints... I used to roll em up while drivin to work every day, all day while drivin my work truck, and rolled em up on the way home. Its the most economical way to smoke... it wastes and destroys the least amount of THC. And a roach is a wonderful little device for gettin the most of out bigger sized j's.

As far as the weed/tobacco and hashish/tobacco, thats how its done in the UK and over alot of Europe. Its just the lifestyle... such a majority of Europeans smoke cigarettes that it makes sense to them, especially since many times it seems to be hash and not weed. The tobacco helps it burn evenly, and makes sure it doesnt burn too fast as well. However, even though I smoke cigarettes too, I like to wait a while after getting high to smoke cigarettes. It is true that smoking a cig will increase your buzz, but seeing as how nicotine is a stimulant, it also ends up making your high go away quicker. I like to wait until Im starting to come down before I smoke a cig, it helps to maximize my high time.

I havent made it past page 3, but have you done the tulip yet? A very good place for beginners to start trying the more advanced rolls.
