Aeroponic sys+ventilation

Now I preparing op for winter that nearly come.
setup is around 40%, because now its no water-sys.

aeroponic-sys that I'm really interesting now is

*Inventory*
- L-metal bar(1m=1$) = ~9-10$
- L-metal joint(20pcs.=0.60$) x2 = 1.20$
- 12cm fan 0.16A220V(pc.=3.80$) x2 = 7.60$
- thermometer+hygrometer(remote probe) = 6$
- 250W HPS Light-Sys = ~600$ *
- aluminium-sheet x1 = 4$ (wait for other 4pcs.)
- timer(plan to get new good&cheap one) = 6$

I set it with L-metal bars, cabinet's dimension is around 75*75*160 cm
when I finished it, I set bulb position with L-metal joints and metal rulers *so cheap setup *
Ventilations are installing and wait for more fans.(more 2 of same this type and 1 axial-fan for inlet.(is thit spell right?)
Reflector is now thinking to use dull aluminium-sheet as itseft or paint over with white-flat-high-temp... anybody give me some of opinions.
About feeding-sys, I will make one like in the website above. But in my country there no rectangle bucket that tall enough. I think I will use a cylinder bucket but use rectangle bucket cap that I made. so stay tune...

in sys, items are
sylvania ballast 220v 250w 3A,
gata ignitor,
osram vialoc(or something around this) nav(son)T 250w.

Is that aluminium-sheet results like a foil that's reflect more het than light?
anyone please help..

all i know is scrap sheet metal and foil and instead use mylar.
