If it's your first offense, they will go easy on you most likely unless they caught you with a lot of smoke.

Let me put it this way: I was caught with a substance much, much, much, much more frowned upon than cannabis. First offense. They gave me a plea bargain of three weeks house arrest and three years probation.

Now that my probation is done, if I pay some money they will expunge all records of it ever happening. :smokin:

Me and my buddy were smokin in his car at my condo complex and got busted by cops. to make a long story short ive never been in trouble other than a few tickets (traffic) when i was 18. i was written up for Loitering where drugs were used/kept. I got to go to court in 14 days. What do u think is going to happen??? should i get a lawyer, is it just going to be a fine and probation?? if it matters this is my friends second times geting in trouble 2 years ago. Rating: 5
