yah, I usually about always smoke joints. But they're shitty ass-bible paper half-ass rolled joints.. lol still gets me nice and "geeked" (lol as SIZZ put it).

I love bongs. Theres something about the ritual of toking a bong that makes me feel content. Setting up that time of day... Getting some icecubes and cold water prepared... Breaking out that beautiful glass peice that just by looking at, I can already feel the tingle of glee. And then... Pouring the water and icecubes, hearing the soft gurgle and clink of glass. Packing the bowl with a small nug, big enough to get two massive hits from, but not enough to waste any excess smoke... Placing it in my lap... Putting the edge to my lips while I tenderly light the bowl...
Getting lost while staring down at that glowing ember, the constant repetetive bubbling sound... Pulling the bowl. That smooth filtered rip rushing straight to my lungs... Tilting back... My head... euphoric...
Blowing that sweet smoke out. And then doing it all over again.
Stumbling to my chair. The dreary foggyness of the oxygen deprivation slowly giving way to the mind blowing high. Climbing that latter of soothing joy...
Breakthrough... A soft giggle. There is no better feeling in this whole world. The peak.

Yep. Joints are nice, and I love to sit back and smoke a j when I don't want to fuss over relighting every hit, but nothing is as efficient and powerful as a bong. If you pack just what you can barely cash in one hit in the bongs bowl, nothing is wasted, it's all inhaled.

Looke at a joint burning away between hits next time you smoke. All that dead smoke coming off the end is wasted smoke. They are nice though. I like the fact that they stay lit, and that they "self resinate" as they burn, filtering itself so that it gets increasingly dense and potent the further you smoke it.

best of both worlds. Self resinating, stays lit, yet you still get the enormous volume and ice cooled hits of a bong.

the reason people don't roll joints anymore is because you only get 10-15% of the thc, bong's give almost 100%

Huh? i'm guessing you were stoned when you wrote this.
The fact that thc isn't water soluble means you don't lose any of it when it's being filtered through the bong. Yet you do lose a lot of nasty toxins. However, thc IS a tiny tiny bit water soluble, however, water only touches the outside of the bubble, you're not even going to feel the difference.
And your forgetting something. The rip, the carb, the rush.
With bongs, you can force a chamber of smoke deep into your lungs, not only is it filtered so that it' doesn't singe your lungs/throat, but it's traveling very fast, very condensed. Like a mini gravity bong. And most of us know the different between a joint and a gravity bong hit...
