Isn't Hezbullah rearming a violation of the ceasefire? Either way, if there are a group of people across the street from me, who have said many times that they want me dead, and I keep seeing trucks full of weapons pulling in front of them and unloading, it'd definitely make me think.

A southern Lebanon filled with armed Hezbullah members doesn't seem like the way to achieve a lasting truce. The whole thing seems rather farcical to me. The U.N. soldiers can't do anything to Hezbullah members unless they attack the U.N. soldiers directly, which they won't do -- they'll just fire rockets at Israel. Likewise, the Lebanese army (such as it is) also does not have the authority to disarm Hezbullah members. So, basically, nobody is authorized to do anything about them, as long as all they do is kill Israelis. My prediction: this truce doesn't last a month, unless somebody is given the authority (and has enough balls) to disarm Hezbullah.
