i finally stumbled into one site that sell HPS and Metal Halide lights. However the ballast and the projector (Not the reflector!) are also included but they said these lights are for shows, audtoriums ect ect. QUestion: CAN I USE THESE LIGHTS TO GROW EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE FLOODLIGHTS???

i cannot read this site, (i'm currently living in South Korea) but one of my friend told me its used for streetlights.

DO you think i can use these to grow? i cannot find the reflecter anywhere in this country...
