However the ballast and the projector (Not the reflector!) are also included but they said these lights are for shows, audtoriums ect ect. QUestion: CAN I USE THESE LIGHTS TO GROW EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE FLOODLIGHTS??? Rating: 5
