Budding; When will I see it?

I am currently on day 31 of flowering(on 13th day hairs) and there are hairs everywhere. I will post pics after lights come on; I am still having a issue with my larger leafs dying. When will I see the buds forming? I searched the FAQ's, nothing. I am giving the plant full strength nutes 15-55-15 mixed with 1/2 tsp of epson salt to try and help my problem. I tested the soils ph and its 6.0-6.5. I am growing in soil, 10" pot 400w hps.

Here are the pics at day 26.
big fan leaves continuing to die! Soil ph is 6.0-6.8 max.
I'm thinking I should see sum buds actually form in two more weeks. I am using Shultz bloom plus 10-54-10. Tried dolomite lime, will try sum again I guess.

Is that Orange Krush? And I dunno but I think big fan leaves are supposed to fall off anyway.

Big fan leaves can get too heavy for the stems and fall off, looking at the leaves it looks like either your giving them too much nutrients or they're getting damp and cooking too close to your light.

I can see lots of little buds there tho, they will just get bigger.

Iron and Mag. deffeciency. My soil was acidic, ph being 4.0, so I dolomite limed, checked later and it was 6.0ish. I will try more dolomite lime I guess. Being my second grow, 1 female outta 7 bagseeds. The other 6 were sativas and 90% were male. I got sum better bagseeds now plus sum Papaya, and Bubblicious from Nirvana.

I loved your Ice grow. I wanna learn hydroponics. Looks like a challenge. Can you recommend any threads, books to read. I kinda wanted to try hydro for my next grow. I have 2 400w hps' and money. Any help is cool!!

That Ice grow was my first, all I learnt was from the forums here and help from a few good people.

Hydo's less fuss than soil, give it a go you'll learn more from trying than anything I could say to you.
