depends on how you look at it.. over the course of many many years it's said to have some cancer causing cocarcinogens but it's also said that most smoke does. so ingesting it for long periods of time (like 30 or 40 years) MAY cause health problems in SOME people. All of that though.. is simply my opinion. Now if you're bombing down the freeway at 60mph and you drop a joint into your lap, swerve and hit a bridge median.. well.... that's different, did that joint kill you? Or was it simply your stupidity that killed you?

As it stands, there's no proven case of cannabis killing someone.
