    What is your life like?

For those of you not living with your parents.
And not living in a dorm room.
    What is your life like?
    Do you rent an apartment?
    Get paid minimum wage?
How much does marijuana mean to you?
Do you share a house/apartment with someone else?
    Do they smoke?
    What is your goal?
Where do you want to be in 10 years?
Anything else you'd want to share?
I see so many names.. opinions... But we know so little of each other. Who are you?

    In order...

My life is awesome. I get stoned, play video games and make cash all day.

I rent an apartment in a hotel.

I don;t get paid hourly or by salary. I get paid by how much money I make on the stock market using my companies capital. Varies from 0 a week for 50,000 a week.

Marijuana is what allows entertainment to entertain me.

    Roomate and his gf

    no

To be net worth of 1 million dollars by the end of the year

I am a cold individual, not very sociable in real life. I like fighting and watching fighting. I would love to buy a house in the wood in amsterdam and chill all day for the rest of my life, rich as fuck.

I have anti-social personality disorder which causes me to have a degraded moral system.

Shouldn't you introduce yourself first? :smokin:

我住在中国。。。you know, same old, same old.

I get paid anywhere from $12.50 - $15.00 an hour. I make about ten times more than the average citizen here, so I accordingly live like a king and I a never really have to worry about money.

I rent an 90 m2 apartment smack dab in the middle of a major metropolis of about 7 million people. I live with my girlfriend. She doesn't smoke, but my best friend lives next door and my other buddy lives above me and we smoke all the time.

Cannabis is important to me for many reasons. 1) It gets me high.

I like to travel. And I especially like Asia. Good, cheap times. :stoned:

Hey guys, new poster but def not new smoker
Living in a dorm my first year of college I realized that its alot harder to smoke there than at home.
as far as a the question
I'm living on my own right now with a few guys from my school... have a pretty good job getting paid 10/h for 40 hours a week doing some blue coller shit. anyways. I wake up around 12, smoke about 3 bowls... (on the days i have off) go out smoke a few around like 6 than a few before I go to sleep. usually running me about a quarter a week. its cheap where I'm at so who cares how much i smoke. on the days i do have work I only smoke after work and before I go to bed. Marijuana is a big part of my life and I would rather sit on my ass and smoke some grass everyday than go buy useless things costing me time and money. I can have a good time watching tv while stoned. its a good time.
Once out of college I'll me makin' a smoothe 93 grand
    Thats right fuckers

    What is your life like?

I'd characterize my life as largely very happy except for the circumstances surrounding my sister (read on).

I'm 44 and live in a suburb north of Dallas with my husband and, when he's not away at school, our 20-year-old son. We own our home. Right now, my older sister, who has terminal cancer, lives with us.

I recently quit a well-paying professional job to return to school full-time. I'm now a medical student and don't bring in any income. Fortunately, my husband has things covered. We also saved 90% of my salary for the last 15 years of my career, so we're able to send both our son and me to school without going into debt to do so.

To be quite honest, marijuana means relatively little to me personally. I originally came online to find a connection to help my sister with the chemo-related symptoms of nausea and lack of appetite. It did help for a time. But she's past the point now where she feels like smoking, and I won't be buying any more weed simply for my own recreational purposes. As a student in this medical curriculum, I've now agreed not to indulge in illegal activities anyway.

No, my husband does not smoke weed. As a physician, he could get into potential licensing trouble if he did. He didn't mind that, before my school started, I occasionally toked with my sister when she was smoking to alleviate the chemo symptoms, but I expect he'd have felt differently if I'd become a habitual pot-head. Our son has tried grass and deemed it "Alright" but seems more interested in beer-drinking with his college buddies.

My goals are to be a good wife, a good mother, a good sister and daughter, and to complete medical school and begin practicing medicine myself. In 10 years, I hope to be a doting grandmother as well as a practicing physician.

Additional thoughts: I feel strongly that weed ought to be decriminalized for recreational use and widely available for medical use. Despite the fact that I'm no longer smoking myself, I intend to continue to be a strong advocate for both medical and recreational use and to participate on this board when time allows.

hheh birdgirl that was a good essay. i give you an A

As for me, i try to keep it simple. Im 20something living with my best friend and soulmate in a small one bedroom apartment. We basicly just get crunk and high together every day and sit around and talk (or fuck lol)
I love to write music. So I can usually be found either composing or creating elaborate schemes that involves making bands or something along those lines. Here my site yea check it www.soundclick.com/spellbook

Im on social security and we basicly live slightly above the poverty line over here, but we're happy. We go to taco bell all the time. Im usually in debt but i look cooler than 99% of the population and i consider myself more intelligent than most people too, though im not educated by the system. So it evens out.

My goals are to be a decent rockstar, a good boyfriend and to write my parents more. I love to read nonfiction, im a vegetarian, i love metal and satanism and i despise TV.

Cannabis plays a pivotal role in my life and i refuse to hang out with any people that dont smoke, even to the point of dissassociating myself from my own family. I rule.

    What is your life like?

Everything was going great... living in Chicago... had a couple jobs, getting ready to go school...
Went to visit my parents, decided to go to the doctor, he found something he called an infection. after a couple months of letting him give me antibiotics for no reason, I went to a specialist. Long story short, I have cancer.

Currently I'm living back with my lady back in my old state. Yes, she indulges, as well. We moved into a higher rent apartment because its like a block or two from the hospital.

Cancer is my full time job... but I don't get paid anything.

Cannabis has always been both a medicine and a method of recreation. I've used for therapy and I longer am depressed all the time(high or not). Now I use it because... to quote Jack Herer, "Cannabis makes the difference between someone dying of cancer, and living with cancer." That is exactly how I feel, and what it has done for me. Not to mention when I go through chemo, I've got that vape hose stapled to my face so I can stomach some food.

My goal, as soon as I'm done with this next round of chemo / radiation, is to take these pro camera operation / editing / sound mixing classes at the local public television / radio station. If you do 3 hours of community service per class, it's free... so I'm all into it. Not that I really need it... but it'll look more credible on a resume... that and my short stint with the Irish American Heritage Center in Chicago. Those people were awesome. I was doing some hours there for the man when I got busted... and a week after they let the courthouse know I had done all my hours, i recieved a check in the mail for $200 bucks. Hell yeah... last time I did recycling for my community service... and all I got was day old newspapers.

I guess I should thank the Catholics for that O of some of the best herb I had while in Chicago.

In ten years I'm either doing lab work in the field somewhere remote where there are no people. Some environmental scientist position... anyways. Either that or working as a camera man / soundmixer / etc., depending on what happens with this cancer shit.

Damn, that long post calls for a vape rip...

Not necessarily in order, but I'll answer your questions.

My life is pretty good, I have no complaints. A little annoyed with the men in my life, but hey, who isn't annoyed with the opposite sex at one point or another?

I rent an apartment with my friend Jess, we're both seniors at WVU.. go Mountaineers!! Went to high school together, so we're pretty good friends. We each pay $320 a month, not including utilities. We both smoke weed, although she had to stop for a while because she got a job at the hospital where they drug test. Although she broke down when we were at the Tom Petty concert and grabbed the joint out of my hand.

Marijuana means a lot to me, but I could do without it. I've been dry for almost a month, my connect that was supposed to come through on Tuesday never did. Meh, but it's alright. I just drink a little more now. I just enjoy the feeling, but it doesn't control my life.

Right now I don't have a job, I've just been enjoying my summer, kind of bumming around. I used to work at a movie theater where I did get paid min. wage.. $5.15 baby! Way too low, IMO. Been to a lot of concerts this summer, most recently Tom Petty/Heartbreakers and Allman Brothers on Wednesday, smoked a lot of weed, and drank a lot. Classes start on Monday, so that'll put an abrupt end to my partying.. well, not really end it, just limit it a bit.

My goal right now is to just graduate college in December and possibly go back to school for nursing.

Anything else? Yeah, I'm eating Cheetos right now.
